There are computer labs located in Solms 104 and UH 112 for use by faculty, staff, and students. You must have a cove log-in to use these computers. Go to computer labs for more information.

What services are available to me as an older student, back to college after many years, trying to manage a family and career?

Because the average age of an AASU student is 27, this university is dedicated to meeting the educational needs of the non-traditional and reentry student. The Office of Student Success, located on the 2nd floor of Victor Hall, offers such services as academic assistance, tutorial programs, and study skills information.

Academic Renewal is an opportunity for returning students to eliminate their old GPA (from 5 years ago or longer) while retaining credit for courses passed with a C or better.

For more information on these and other services, contact Adult Academic Support Services at Victor Hall, Rooms 203 &204, or at 344-2935.

Are classes available to me if I'm currently working a full-time job?

Night and weekend classes are essential for the working student. Many classes are offered after regular hours, and as this continues to grow, the goal is to eventually make entire degrees obtainable through night and weekend classes. Contact the Office of the Dean of Arts and Sciences at 344-2759 for more information or check the Schedule of Classes for these class options.
