Delta Sigma Theta (DSQ) Sorority

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was founded on January 13, 1913, at Howard University by 22 undergraduate women. DSQ Sorority, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide services and programs to promote human welfare.

Kappa Alpha Psi (KAY)

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. was founded January 5, 1911, at Indiana University by 10 undergraduate men. The founding principles of Kappa are; to unite college men of culture, patriotism and honor in a bond of fraternity, to encourage honorable achievement in every field of human endeavo, to promote the spiritual, social, intellectual and moral welfare of members, to assist the aims and purposes of colleges and universities, and to inspire to service in the public interest.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc was founded in 1908 and became America's first greek-letter organization established by black college women. The roots date back to Howard University, Washington, D.C.

AASU Gospel Choir

AASU Gospel Choir was organized on the campus of Armstrong State College in Spring 1991. The choir promotes and fosters an awareness and interest in gospel music and ministers through song to university students, faculty, administrators, and the general public. The AASU Gospel Choir also promotes unity among students on its own campus and beyond. The choir requires sound academic performance of its members. The group also provides recruitment drives for both university and high school students.
