Commencement Ceremony Spring 2008Participating GraduatesAll applicants receive a letter from the Registrar's Office indicating the status of application for graduation. This letter will indicate any incomplete degree requirements and instructions on the appropriate action to take. If the letter contains incomplete degree requirements you should speak with your advisor immediately.Candidates for degrees must have all unpaid accounts (graduations fees, residence hall payments, library fines, traffic fines, etc.) cleared with the AASU Business Office by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 30,2008. Students who have not cleared their accounts by this deadline will not be permitted to graduate. Students who have received Stafford Loan Funds while attending AASU must go through exit counseling before graduation. You may do this on-line at www.nelnet.net. Computers are available in the computer labs on campus or in the Victor Hall lobby. Please contact the Financial Aid Office at 912 344-3266 if you have any questions. CLEP Scores and Transcripts reflecting final grades from other colleges, must be received in the Registrar's office by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 30,2008. "I" grades must also be resolved by this date. |
