Honors
Honors are awarded according to the overall GPA at graduation. All
requirements must be met for graduation in order to be eligible. Honors
designations and GPA requirements are listed below:
- Cum Laude - Students graduating with a grade point average of 3.2 - 3.4
- Magna Cum Laude - Students graduating with a grade point average of 3.5 - 3.7.
- Summa Cum Laude - Students graduating with a grade point average of 3.8 - 4.0
Students who are pursuing a second baccalaureate degree at AASU or who have
been granted academic renewal must request an "honors evaluation" to be
considered.
