Commencement Ceremony Fall 2009

All Faculty:
Faculty participants are required to wear appropriate academic regalia. Academic regalia may be purchased or rented through Oak Hall Industries.

Faculty will process into the AASU Sports Center and are seated on the side sections next to the graduates. Faculty process in order of service date. A listing of procession order is prepared and sent to all faculty from the office of Academic Affairs.

It is recommended that faculty and staff go to Oak Hall's web site in order to view options for regalia. Traditional and custom regalia can be ordered.

Oak Hall Industries asks to allow 4-7 weeks for delivery. They can automatically rush an order if it is placed within three weeks (21 days) of requested arrival date.
