Mailing Diplomas
Diplomas will be mailed beginning the second week in February of 2010 to the
address on the graduate's SHIP account.
Double Majors: Only the primary major will be reflected on the diploma.
Both majors will appear on the transcript. Minors are not shown on the Diploma.
Transcripts
Official transcripts must be requested in writing. Order forms are available in the
Registrar's Office, or write or fax 912 344-3470 (when requesting
information, please state full name - include maiden name and Student ID #.)
Transcripts will be prepared for degree candidates as soon as possible. Allow
approximately two weeks for the transcript after graduation. There is no charge
for transcripts. Neither diploma nor transcript will be released if all outstanding
balances have not been paid.
