Where do I get an ID?

The office of Student Photographic Services is located in the Memorial College Center, Room 214.

How much does an ID cost?

The cost of your first ID is free and covered by Student Activity Fees. However, there is a $10.00 fee to replace an ID that has been lost or stolen.

What are the policies for obtaining an ID?

Students must register and have their fees assessed prior to having their ID Card made. The ID Card is nontransferable, and any student who uses the ID card of another person or who allows his or her card to be used by someone else is subject to disciplinary action. Upon request, the ID Card must be shown to University officials. Giving false or incomplete information on the ID request form by a student and/or witness is a violation of University policy and subject to disciplinary action. Why do I need a student ID card?

  1. Participation in Campus Recreation Programs
  2. Purchase and Use of Student Activity Event Tickets
  3. Voting in Campus Elections
  4. Use of Recreational Facilities (aquatic and fitness center)
  5. Participation in Intramural Athletic Activities
  6. Cash checks on campus
  7. Meal card at the campus cafeteria
  8. Entrance to athletic events
  9. Admission to computing events
