Fun and engaging on-campus, apartment-style, two- and four- bedroom accommodations are organized in residential communities and available to full-time AASU students, where student success is the central focus. Our communities at Compass Point, University Crossings and University Terrace offer the following amenities:
  • Convenient, individual, 11+ month lease packages available in 12 affordable installments. No dividing bills or collecting from roommates.
  • Attractive, carpeted, furnished shared living rooms and private bedrooms. Fully appointed kitchens with built-in appliances and a dinette.
  • FREE cable television with 70+ channels, local telephone service, a broadband internet connection in every room, water, sewer and an electricity allowance.
  • Onsite Health Clinic and Counseling Center. Less than one mile from St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital and Memorial Health.
  • Plentiful FREE parking...and a short, convenient walk to classes, the gym, the library and the Savannah Mall, shops and restaurants.

Access to classrooms, the university computer lab, fitness and sports facilities, gathering spaces, countless extracurricular activities and programs designed especially for residents and delivered to promote citizenship, responsibility, honesty, civility and academic accomplishment. We value the integration of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs as a necessity for developing the whole student.

Two professional, live-on staff members are dedicated to serving the personal, social and developmental needs of residents. Carefully selected and oriented community assistants are on-duty 24/7 to serve as University resources, peer-advisors, sounding boards and helpful hands for residents as they navigate through the challenges and successes encountered by contemporary University students.
